at Plumper Tree Farm

We have chickens available for purchase during our Christmas season.  We have slashed the price to $3 per pound to celebrate the coming end of the season.   Our store is open 9 to 5 PM Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.    Come get your winter supply of chickens – it makes a great meal for entertaining during the coming holidays.   

The frozen chickens weigh between 4 and 6 pounds and simply taste great – so cost will be between $12 and $18 per chicken.  Buy 5 or more chickens and get a 12” wreath for free ($15 value) – these look nice on a doorway, or on a table as a centerpiece.  This offer is good while the 12” wreath supply lasts (we have about 20 wreaths) and ends on our closing day Sunday December 18.

Santa Claus is coming this Saturday & Sunday from 10-3PM (Dec 12 & 13).  Optional photos are available for purchase if desired.

Get your Christmas tree, buy some chickens, see Santa Claus, see the animals, some hot chocolate, enjoy the fire – it just doesn’t get any better than that!  The weather is expected to be good this weekend.

Our chickens were pastured in a moveable pen where they ate fresh grass and bugs every day. Their feed is absent of hormones and antibiotics which is one reason why people find them to be so delicious.

We also have our USDA beef and pork available for purchase from our store..

Our farm is located at 11435 NW Old Cornelius Pass Rd, Portland, Or.  Our Christmas tree farm is now open, we have Dougs, nobles, and Grand Firs, learn more at www.plumpertrees.com .  Our hours are 9AM to 5:00PM, Fridays Saturdays and Sundays.  Enjoy a meal at the nearby Rock Creek Tavern while in the area.
