Great Lamb & Chickens Available...

Greetings from SuDan Farm in Canby...your source for the finest in grassfed, local lamb, pastured chickens, eggs, and wool products!  Winter is such a great time for lamb shanks and other yummy cuts.  During January and February, we are at the Portland Farmer's Market Winter Market each Saturday from 10-2pm.  The market is located at Shemanski Park, right behind the Schnitz in the park blocks, the location of the Wednesday market.  We are 1 of approximately 40ish vendors there selling meats, produce, eggs, and much more.  We also sell off the farm and make home deliveries each week.  Contact us at susdan@web-ster.com for our price/cut sheet, or call 971-219-3884 to make an order.  We can also e-mail you our favorite recipes for lamb shanks.  In addition to lamb, we also have plenty of meat chickens available (whole birds only) for making chicken soups, casseroles, stocks, roasted birds, and much more.  We even have a goose and a handful of turkeys left.  Call us for availability.  Winter here on the farm keeps us busy.  Lambing begins in about 4-5 weeks.  Right now, there are sheep, laying hens & ducks, and geese to feed everyday.  The crocuses are beginning to make an appearance.  Spring isn't far away  Keep warm, everyone!  Wool...warm wisdom when winter winds wail!
