Last of the U-Cut Lavender & Hillsboro Farmer's Market

You can now find us at the Hillsboro Farmer's Market on Saturdays.

This will be the last weekend for fresh u-cut lavender.  Get a 5-gallon bucket full for $12 or a 300 stem bundle for $5. We have been getting a ton of requests for culinary lavender.  We have Provence and Royal Velvet available for u-cut. This weekend only I will share with you my top lavender recipes.  Stop by and get your free recipe flyer.

U-cut may be coming to an end but the farm still looks and smells fabulous.  We will remain open to the public through September for plant and dried lavender sales.  With the end of u-cut, we transition to all the other farm products we have for you.

I have my favorite varieties of lavender plants for sale.  Each 4 inch pot is $3.50 or buy 3 plants for $10.

We have just finished harvesting our other lavender field located a couple of miles from the u-cut farm.  This year our crop yielded 3000 bundles of lavender.  We are in the process of drying, stripping and cleaning the lavender.  The final product will be lavender bud that we sell as wedding toss, craft lavender, potpourri, etc.  We will also have gorgeous dried lavender bouquets that we can ship for you anywhere is the U.S.A.  Or stop by the farm and pick your bouquet from our drying rack.

This will also be the last weekend for u-pick mulberries and u-pick Shiro yellow plums.
