And last, but perhaps niftiest, OSU has developed a Canning Timer and Checklist App. You indicate what you are canning, and your elevation, and then the app goes through all the steps of canning and sets timers for you. From applesauce to pressure-canning tuna, this app keeps you going until you take the last jar out!
