Fall is finally here which means it's a great time to stock up your freezers with some locally raised, grass fed Wagyu/Angus beef! No growth hormones, steroids or grains are ever given to our cattle
The Pierce Family Ranch has two butcher dates open, one full steer is available on November 14th and 2 steers available on December 5th. Sale price is $3.00/lb hanging weight plus the butcher fees which are due to the butcher at time of pick up of your share. Both harvest dates will be done at Ben's Custom Meats in Dayton. You will be able to talk directly with the butcher to go over your cutting instructions. This includes what size of roasts, how thick/how many steaks per package, etc. If you enjoy making your own beef broth, you can request all the bones in your share of beef as well as any organs that are available. Never done a beef share before? No worries, the butcher will be able to walk you through the whole process and answer any of your questions. We are here to help answer your questions as well!
If a full, half or quarter share size is too big, this is a great opportunity to go in with a friend or family member!
