Celebrating Easter this weekend and not sure what to have for your dinner? The Pierce Family Ranch might be able to help you out. Our freezers are stocked up with USDA locally raised pastured meats. We have a wonderful selection of our own Wagyu/Angus beef that we raise. We have steaks, roasts, beef ribs and many other cuts of beef stocked up at our farm store. Looking for something more? We also sell beef shares by the quarter, half or whole. Our cattle is pasture raised and free to roam on green pastures through our their entire lives, additionally there are no growth hormones, steroids or grains ever introduced into our herds as it is our mission to provide exceptional flavor but also a healthy beefy option.

We are currently in full swing with chicken right now. We are only doing 4 batches this year and there is still some chicken available from our first batch that went in Friday April 12th. Our chicken is a Cornish cross. They are plump and flavorful with lots of tender juicy meat. Sizes range from 4 to 7 pounds. They are finished on grass and supplemented with a NON GMO feed in addition there is no corn or soy in the feed that we give them.
