Morning Shade Farm is open for frozen blueberries and winter squash any day of the week by appointment at 503-651-2622.
Frozen Blueberries (no synthetic sprays) in zip-lock freezer bags are $24 per 10 lbs (13 pints) or $22 per bag for 100 lbs or more. These berries have been cleaned of stems and any green or soft berries and are individually frozen berries (not in a solid frozen block). We have many varieties of peaches, nectarines, apples, plums and pears available for U-Pick. Fruit trees can be picked from the ground. We also have Christmas trees available for u-cut, when in season. Call for availability and open days. Location: Go to the north end of Banks, from the Shell gas station go due west on Cedar Canyon Rd for 1/2 mile. Follow the signs to our farm.

It is our off season. We are currently doing things like knocking off old rotten fruit, pruning trees and dormant sprays. We will continue working on a deer fence during these winter months and hope to be able to replant some of the many missing fruit trees in a few months without fear of the deer killing them. We will be closed until fruit ripens again probably in July. I will update this ...

Currently closed due to the Season. We should be open sometime in July and when we have ripe fruit our Summer hours are 9 am to 6 pm but always call to make sure we are open that day.
