MASON HILL ORCHARD just finished picking Northern Spy apples this week. Northern Spy apples are a very old antique variety from the early 1800’s out of New York. They are best noted as an apple pie apple. There is an old saying: “It’s not an apple pie unless it is a Northern Spy apple pie.” It is also good for appe sauce or juicing. We also have Jonagold and Melrose apples available. All of our fruit in available in 5 & 10 lb handle bags and 20 &40 lb boxes. We are open everyday; cash or check only. Our self service stand is located North of the Sunset Hwy exit #59 Jackson School Rd follow the green apple signs to our stand on Mason Hill Rd.
