Veteran peaches are a favorite for both canning and fresh eating.  Reliance are a nearly identical to Veterans.

Blushing star peaches are a bright red peach with white flesh.  They may be the sweetest of all the peaches.  They are for fresh eating but not recommended for cooked applications as the flesh becomes very soft.

The trees are loaded with peaches this year.  Most lots of them are at ground level where children can help harvest.  (Easy for the rest of us too!)

All u-pick peaches will be $2.25 per pound.  If you purchase over 50 pounds of fruit you will receive a 10% discount.  Come with your family and friends and enjoy our beautiful short orchard.

If you are unable to pick your own fruit, we are always willing to pick for you.  Pre-picked peaches are in boxes containing 22 peaches weighing approximately 10 pounds for $30.  Just send a text to 503.313.1346 and order the number boxes you need.  Please order at least 24 hours before you want to pick them up.  We don’t keep an inventory of pre-picked peaches.

Orchard Etiquette.  Please consider the following when you come to pick.

  • Please leave pets at home.  No matter how well behaved your pet may be, it is likely that others, particularly children, may be afraid of it.  We strive to have a place children feel comfortable and appreciate your help in this way.
  • Please pick where directed.  There may be fruit in other areas that looks appealing to you.  There are many reasons we specify where to pick.  Please pick only in the designated picking area for the day.  We don’t mind at all if you walk through other areas in the orchard, but we ask that you only look when outside of the designated picking area.
  • A portable toilet is provided.

We encourage you to forward our email to family or friends.  Anyone who wants to be added to the email list just needs to go to our website (bellsorchard.com) and click on the link at the top of the home page to join the email list.   Besides the email list, other ways to know what is available in the orchard is by liking us on Face Book at ‘Bells Orchard’ or on our web page at www.bellsorchard.com

When you make your purchase we accept cash, checks, debit and credit cards, apple pay and Venmo.

Remember our orchard is “short” so no ladders are needed for picking.  Children can often reach the fruit and assist in the harvest
